Namaskar and warm greetings from the Hotel Professional Federation Nepal (HPFN)

Dear respected guests, colleagues, and stakeholders,

Since its establishment, the Hotel Professional Federation Nepal has served as a unified umbrella organization representing hotel entrepreneurs across the country. As a non-profit, non-governmental organization registered in 2068 B.S. at the Kathmandu District Administration Office, the Federation has been actively contributing to the growth and advancement of Nepal’s hospitality and tourism sector.

With a strong network across all 77 districts and representing nearly 80,000 hotel entrepreneurs-from small-scale establishments to star-rated hotels, we remain committed to strengthening and uplifting the industry. We continue to work in close coordination with federal, provincial, and local governments, as well as tourism related institutions, to promote sustainable tourism and professional excellence.

For us, hospitality goes beyond accommodation, it is about creating meaningful and lasting experiences. In response to the evolving expectations of both domestic and international travelers, we are continuously striving to enhance service standards while preserving the authenticity and warmth of Nepalese hospitality.

The Federation regularly conducts training programs, workshops, seminars, and orientations to further develop the capacity of our members. These initiatives are designed not only to uplift the hospitality sector but also to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s economic growth.

In today’s dynamic global tourism environment, adaptability, innovation, and quality service have become more important than ever. We remain dedicated to ensuring that Nepal’s hospitality sector meets international standards while preserving its unique cultural identity.

We firmly believe that “good enough is not enough,” and we are committed to going the extra mile to uphold the trust, tradition, and excellence of Nepalese hospitality.

We warmly welcome your valuable feedback and suggestions, which we consider essential for our continuous improvement.

It is our privilege to offer you a true “home away from home” in this beautiful Himalayan nation.

Warm regards,
T. R. Bhandari (Shankar)
