Hotel Professional Federation Nepal(HPFN) is a non-profit, non-governmental national organization that serves as an umbrella body for hotels across the country, ranging from small establishments to star-rated properties. It is actively working in the hospitality and tourism sector throughout Nepal.
The federation was formally registered at the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, in 2011 A.D. (2068 B.S.), after which it gained legal recognition and began its structured activities to support and promote the hotel and tourism industry in Nepal.
As a national umbrella organization, it represents hotel entrepreneurs from all 77 districts of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, covering approximately 80,000 members. The federation works in close coordination and cooperation with the federal, provincial, and local governments, as well as with the Nepal Tourism Board, the Department of Tourism, and various organizations related to domestic and international tourism.
With a strong commitment to its constitution, the federation continues to focus on protecting the rights and interests of hotel entrepreneurs, strengthening the hospitality sector, and contributing to the sustainable development of tourism in Nepal through various programs, collaborations, and capacity-building initiatives.
यस होटल व्यवसायी महासँघ नेपाल(HPFN) देशैभरि छरिएर रहेका सामान्य देखि तारे होटलहरुको छाता सँगठनको रुपमा कार्य गर्दै आइरहेको एक गैह्र नाफामुलक राष्ट्रियस्तरको गैह्र सरकारी सँस्था हो । बि.सँ.२०६८ सालमा जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय, काठमाडौँमा बिधिवत दर्ता भएर आफ्नो बैधानिकता दिई होटल व्यवसायी र पर्यटनको क्षेत्रमा विभिन्न कार्यक्रमहरु सँचालन गर्दै आइरहेको छ ।
सँघीय गणतन्त्र नेपालको ७७ वटा जिल्लामा रहेका करिब ८० हजार होटल व्यवसायीहरुको छाता सँगठन यो होटल व्यवसायी महासँघ नेपालको सँघीय सरकार, प्रदेश सरकार र स्थानीय सरकार, नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड, नेपाल पर्यटन विभाग, आन्तरिक तथा बाह्य पर्यटनसँग सरोकार राख्ने विभिन्न सँघरसँस्थाहरुसँग समन्वय र सहकार्य गर्दै व्यवसायी तथा पर्यटन विकासको लागि विभिन्न कार्यक्रमहरु सञ्चालन गर्दै आफ्नो विधानले निर्दिष्ट गरेका लक्ष्य र उद्देश्यहरुका साथ अगाडि बढिरहेको छ ।
