Hotel Professional Federation Nepal(HPFN) is a non-profit, non-governmental national organization that serves as an umbrella body for hotels of all categories, ranging from small guesthouses to star-rated establishments throughout Nepal. The federation was officially registered at the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, in 2011 A.D. (2068 B.S.), after which it obtained its legal recognition and began its active involvement in the hospitality and tourism sector.
Since its establishment, the federation has been continuously working to support the growth and development of the hotel and tourism industry in Nepal by organizing and facilitating various professional programs and initiatives.
Representing approximately 80,000 hotel entrepreneurs across all 77 districts of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, the organization maintains close coordination and collaboration with federal, provincial, and local governments, as well as with the Nepal Tourism Board, the Department of Tourism, and other national and international tourism-related institutions.
Guided by its constitution, the federation remains committed to safeguarding the rights and interests of its members, strengthening the hospitality sector, and contributing to the sustainable development of tourism in Nepal through effective coordination, capacity-building programs, and industry-wide initiatives.
